The Suicide Prevention Team of Clearfield & Jefferson counties wants to preserve life and bring a fountain of hope to people who have run dry.

The purpose of Community Connections of Clearfield Jefferson Counties, as an office of County Government, is to assure services for those individuals with behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and early intervention needs are available to residents of Clearfield and Jefferson Counties regardless of the individual’s or family’s ability to pay.
